join a community of young people from all over the state.

For youth by youth

We believe in the power of young people. With the staff fulfilling background roles it is the volunteers who create and run our programs. Our experienced volunteers create, manage and run a four day experience for 50+ people. All our volunteers refine valuable life skills such as communication, problem solving and resilience. For so many of our volunteers these experiences genuinely impact their perspective of the world and the direction they are heading. All of this, just by turning up.

You don't need to hear it from us, listen below to some of our volunteers and how becoming an Eddie Ricer has impacted their lives.
